Company History

With the 2001 purchase of 340 acres in the southern half of Lely Resort in Naples, K.C. and Brian Stock formed Stock Development and entered the Southwest Florida real estate market. Rooted in tradition and armed with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Stock Development was bound to be a success.

After revitalizing the southern half of Lely Resort, the company assumed ownership of both Olde Cypress in Naples and Grandezza in Estero and purchased the remaining 1,500 acres in Lely Resort. The company's expansion into Southwest Florida continued when they introduced two new communities: Paseo in Fort Myers and Vivante at Punta Gorda.

Dedicated to providing unparalleled service, Stock Development expanded operations to meet the growing needs of their customers by opening Stock Construction, Stock Realty, Pizzazz Interiors, Serenity Pool & Spa, Noble Title & Trust and Stock Financial. By offering a one-stop shopping experience, Stock Development is able to streamline the home buying process. Stock development and its Construction division have built over 1700 homes since its inception in Southwest Florida.
