Stock Custom Homes announced Cinnabar Design Principals Laurie Walter and Diana Hall and assistant Elizabeth Gonzalez have created the interior for one of three furnished 3,823 square feet, two-story Row Houses designed by Matt Kragh at MHK Architecture and Planning being built on 6th Street South in Old Naples.  Construction of the first residence is underway.  Kragh’s floor plan includes a street level foyer adjoining the staircase to the first living floor, a spacious dining room, a light-filled living room with a two-story ceiling and fireplace, a double-island kitchen, a master suite, a covered lanai adjoining a pool and spa, and a three-car garage on the first floor.  The second floor includes two guest bedrooms with private baths, a loft space that includes a wet bar and opens to a covered balcony, a bonus room, and a guest cabana with a covered deck.  A stairway provides private access to the guest cabana.

The design team at Cinnabar has created a look inspired by the Row House exterior architectural style.  Eight-inch European oak flooring will be offset by tonal white backgrounds, natural textures, and organic elements.  The look will convey a timeless, comfortable, and inviting Hamptons feeling and include natural textures and organic elements.

Visitors to the Row House will be greeted in a foyer with walls finished with a wide-plank bead board accent.  The foyer will also include a beamed ceiling detail.  A built-in bench will be set in a niche under the stairs.  A stairwell art ledge will provide three-dimensional visual appeal.  The open staircase will be finished with a white railing, bannisters, and risers and European oak treads.

A dining room on the first living floor will overlook the outdoors and serve as a gathering place.  The focal point will be a large, functional built-in that will span the length of one wall.  The center section will look like a furniture piece and be used for storage and serving purposes.  The recessed center section will include a console topped by an art piece of artwork with wine racks on either side.   Flanking the center section will be vertical niches with floor to ceiling cabinets in a lighted open box design and a soft driftwood toned finish.  Wine refrigerators will be set at the bottom of each section. The background for the built-n will be straw colored woven grass cloth with white and aquas.  A rectangular gathering table in a driftwood finish will serve as the dining table.

A clean-lined fireplace in the living room will have a simple surround with a rustic wooden mantle.  A television will be hung above the fireplace.  The space will be flooded with natural light coming from the tall windows on either side of the fireplace.  Furnishings will include a neutral linen sofa and four club chairs finished in a neutral textured tone with some blues to bring the outdoors in.  A large square cocktail table will have a touch of metal.  The area rug will also be a neutral textured tone.  A detail on the two-story ceiling will be presented in a white and driftwood finish and include crisscrossed beams and bead board.

The spacious kitchen will feature a double-island with a Portobello-toned base cabinet and a deep taupe quartz countertop.  Three counter-height barstools will provide seating.  The perimeter Shaker style cabinetry will have a pearl white finish and be topped by glacier white quartz counters.  The kitchen will open to an outdoor living area with a fireplace clad with marble.  A television will be mounted above the fireplace.  Four driftwood finished club chairs and two drink tables will be group around a large round cocktail table.  The outdoor kitchen will include cabinetry in a driftwood finish and an Alaskan white granite counter surface with a highly defined white, beige, taupe, and grey pattern.  The walls in the pool bath will be clad with 11 x 24-inch linen tile accented with a vertical stripe of aqua and stone class tile.  A pearl cabinet will serve as the vanity.

The color palette in the master bedroom will be tonal ivory, cream, and off-white.  The headboard wall will feature a unique group of six symmetrical upholstered panels measuring 18 x 36-inches.  The bed will be flanked by nightstands in a neutral grey tone and the dresser will be finished in the same grey tone.  A side chair and a small table in one corner will provide a place for reading.  Three white painted beams and white bead board will provide an attractive ceiling detail.  The flooring in the master bath will be 18 x 18-inch White Cliff marble that will also run up the walls in the shower.  Off-white ivory toned walls will complement the room’s magnolia cabinetry and white marble countertops.

The second living floor includes two large gathering places and a private guest cabana.  A loft at the top of the stairs has been designed as a pseudo office with a floating table that can be used for projects.  An oversized desk chair and a pair of ottomans will be placed at the table.  A wet bar will feature an ash grey countertop with softer countertops and floating shelves with LED lighting strips mounted above it.  Seating will include a large-scale club chair with an ottoman.  A 36-inch tall furniture piece with a beige oak finish will be flanked by doors leading to a balcony.

A spacious bonus room adjacent to the loft will include a feature wall with vertical applied molding and a television.  A console furniture piece will be placed under the television.  Furnishings will include a durable Crypton fabric sofa facing the television, two wood framed club chairs with a neutral-toned fabric, and a bunching ottoman that will serve as a cocktail table.

The private cabana room is accessed by its own staircase and features a private covered deck on the second floor.  The room can serve as an additional bedroom or guest quarters.  A geometric vertical and horizontal grid pattern wood trim detail on the headboard wall will give the room a handsome feeling.  A built-in upholstered multi-purposed window seat in the corner farthest from the entry will provide a space for working, relaxing, or casual dining.  The space will include a wet bar, as well as two nightstands and a dresser in a simple style painted wood tone.  The cabana bath will have 12 x 24-inch mocha colored porcelain tile with a small deco mosaic insert.  A vertical grey, off-white and beige stripe in a matte finish made from tiny brick chicklets will run up the back wall of the shower.
