Hidden Harbor Unveils New Inventory Homes
Three new inventory homes have been completed at Hidden Harbor, a 55-acre amenity-rich boating community situated between Naples and Fort Myers.
The Useppa, the Captiva and the Largo are ready for immediate occupancy. Hidden Harbor is offering a free pool with the purchase of any of its contemporary coastal estate homes through Labor Day weekend. The homes are priced from $715, 155.
Located on a waterfront site, the Useppa is a four-bedroom/four-bath home with 2,789 square feet under air and 4,516 total square feet, including the covered entry, attached three-car garage and spacious outdoor living area.

The community recently received approval from South Florida Water Management District that removes all boat size restrictions for vessels moored at Hidden Harbor's private boat slips.
