Stock Development’s Quail West community reported it processed 38 binding and pending new home sales, builder sales, inventory sales, and builder lot take down contracts worth a total of $62 million between January 1 and August 31, 2016.  The gated golf course community in North Naples continues to debut new product offerings.  A collection of 36 completed, soon to be completed, and poised to begin construction furnished models and unfurnished, move-in ready residences by Quail West’s Preferred Builders is available and offers the possibility of being in a newly constructed home for the 2016 fall and 2017 winter seasons.  The continuous building reflects Stock’s commitment to ensuring a ready supply of completed and soon-to-be completed homes is available to home buyers intent on living Quail West’s award-winning country club lifestyle.

Three opportunities remain in McGarvey Custom Homes’ La Caille villa neighborhood.  Priced at $1,175,000 with furnishings, McGarvey’s completed Cadera model presents a 2,702 square feet floor plan with a spacious great room, gourmet island kitchen, and a dining area, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, a study, and a three car garage.  A sprawling outdoor living area feature a fireplaces, an outdoor kitchen, conversation and dining areas, and a pool surrounded by planters with soaring palms.  A unique trellis detail on the front of the home provides a burst of color.  A second furnished Cadera model and a model featuring McGarvey’s Gallina villa floor plan are in development.

 

One buildable home site and five unfurnished, move-in ready residences remain available in the Tamworth neighborhood.  Tamworth offers residences ranging from 3,000 to over 4,000 square feet and base-priced from the $900's by Stock Signature Homes, Florida Lifestyle, and Castle Harbour Homes.  Stock, Florida Lifestyle, and Castle Harbour have also created 3,000 to over 5,000 square feet residences on estate-sized home sites base-priced from the $900's in Quail West’s Newlands neighborhood.  Stock’s completed furnished Hamilton model in Newlands is the last residence available in the neighborhood.  Priced at $1,749,990 with furnishings, the 3,800 square feet Hamilton floor plan includes formal living and dining rooms, a family room, gourmet island kitchen and breakfast nook, a study, four bedrooms, four baths, an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, pool and spa, and a three-car garage.

 

The North Lake neighborhood in Quail West presents a collection of 3,000 to over 5,000 square feet residences by Stock and Florida Lifestyle on 120-foot home sites with base-pricing from the $800's.  Stock is offering two unfurnished, move-in ready homes in North Lake, including the 4,155 square feet Windsor III priced at $1,931,515 and the 3,921 square feet Dorval.  Pricing for the Dorval will be announced soon.

 

Stock introduced its 4,124 square feet furnished Normandy II model in Quail West’s Cortland neighborhood last month.  The Normandy II is priced at $2,201,665 furnished.  Cortland is an enclave of nineteen 95-foot home sites that showcase golf course and water views.  The neighborhood offers thirteen floor plans by Stock Signature Homes, the exclusive homebuilder in Cortland.  The four-bedroom plus study floor plans range from 3,504 to 4,239 square feet under air and are base-priced from $1,019,990 to $1,199,990.  The Normandy II is one of five furnished models and unfurnished homes Stock is introducing in Cortland between now and March, 2017.  Five buildable home sites are also available.
