Stock Signature Homes continues to present new furnished models to luxury homebuyers throughout Southwest Florida.  The luxury homebuilding division of Stock Development now has completed or soon to be completed furnished models in the Esplanade Golf & Country Club of Naples, The Concession in Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch in Sarasota, Bay Woods at Bonita Bay, Babcock Ranch, gated golf course and waterfront communities in Collier and Lee counties, Estuary at Grey Oaks, TwinEagles, Naples Reserve, The Isles of Collier Preserve, Naples’ Park Shore and Pine Ridge neighborhoods, on Marco Island, and in Palm Beach.

 

The Caribbean architectural style of Stock’s furnished model designed by MHK Architecture and Planning at 3750 Fountainhead Lane in Park Shore includes a standing seam metal roof and richly finished exterior details.  Priced at $3,795,000 with furnishings, the 4,189 square feet two-story residence showcases an interior by Clive Daniel Home’s Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen.  Their design presents coastal flair with a clean, elegant edge that conveys timeless classical styling.  MHK’s floor plan offers a living room with a fireplace, a soaring two-story ceiling, and opens to an outdoor living area with a fireplace, conversation and dining area, outdoor kitchen, and a pool and spa.  The dining room also opens to the outdoor living area.  The plan includes a first floor master suite, an office, and an island kitchen.  Three guest bedrooms with full baths are located upstairs along with a loft that overlooks the first floor living area.  One of the guest bedrooms includes a balcony overlooking the pool.  The plan also features a three-car garage.

Priced at $3,261,215 with furnishings, Stock’s 4,500 square feet Savannah model in Bay Woods at Bonita Bay features an interior by Senior Designers Meredith Summersgill and Natalie Kibler at Soco Interiors.  The open concept floor plan is suited to Bonita Bay’s indoor/outdoor lifestyle.  The plan offers a grand room that flows into a formal dining room, an island kitchen, a study with a beamed ceiling detail, a three-car garage, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths plus a pool bath, and an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, dining and conversation areas, and a pool and spa.  The grand room, study, master bedroom, and one of the guest suites open to the outdoor living area.  A covered L-shaped terrace contributes to an engaging front entry sequence.

Soco Interiors’ Kassie Parisoe has created the interior for Stock’s Majorca II model in Salara.  The bright color palette plays gold, silver, and pastel accents against the white backgrounds and all white furniture finishes.  The flooring in the main living areas is porcelain tile with a white marble look.  The 4,121 square feet plan includes a living room with a fireplace and wet bar, a study, formal dining room, double-island kitchen with a dinette, family room, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a covered lanai with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, pool and spa, and a one-car garage and a two-car garage.  The furnished model is priced at $1,953,260.
