Stock Starts Construction of Models, Move-In Ready Homes at Naples Reserve
Stock Signature Homes, the award-winning luxury homebuilding division of Stock Development, announced it has started construction of furnished models and unfurnished, move-in ready homes at Naples Reserve. Four of the five models and two of the three move-in ready residences are scheduled for completion in January. Pricing will be determined as construction progresses. Naples Reserve is a 688-acre gated community being developed by iStar midway between Naples and Marco Island along the U.S. 41 Tamiami Trail/Collier Boulevard 951 corridor. Naples Reserve presents a relaxed, water themed lifestyle. The community features 22 interconnected manmade lakes that comprise forty-percent of site, the largest being the 54-acre Eagle Lake. Her design includes numerous natural elements inspired by a Scalamandri fabric. The color palette mixes celery green backgrounds with black, off-white, grey, and silver accents. The flooring in the living areas is 12 x 24-inch porcelain tile with a matte finish that conveys the look of Carrara marble.
Soco Interiors’ Daniel Kilgore, ASID and design assistant Sirena Gilmore have created the interior for Stock’s Muirfield III model in Parrot Cay. The 3,255 square feet under air floor plan includes a spacious living room that opens to an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, island bar, pool, and spa, four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a study, formal dining room, an island kitchen and breakfast nook, and a three car garage. The contemporary coastal design style will convey a relaxed but elegant vibe. The design team has mixed transitional case goods with contemporary upholstered pieces. The color palette blends soft greys, white, sky blues, and pops of navy. The flooring in the living areas is porcelain faux wood in a light grey tone.
Kilgore has also created the interior for the Anastasia model in Naples Reserve’s Sparrow Cay neighborhood that features seventy-eight-foot lakefront home sites. The 2,913 square feet under air Anastasia floor plan offers three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a formal dining room, an island kitchen and morning room, a computer and craft center, and a large great room that opens to an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, pool, and spa. A two-car garage and a one-car garage are included. Kilgore has created an interior that conveys a modernized cabana feeling with a tropical twist. The color palette showcases earthy, rustic backgrounds, cream and honey wood tones, greys and seaglass green and coral accents. The flooring throughout the living areas is a porcelain faux wood in a honey oak color.
Nancy Peck, owner of Nancy Peck Interiors designed the elegant and highly livable interior of Stock’s Venice model in Sparrow Cay. Her inviting color palette includes beige-on-beige with creams, neutrals and splashes of blues and seagrass green. The flooring is large format beige porcelain tile set on the diagonal. The 2,643 square feet under air floor plan includes a great room and island kitchen, a formal dining room, three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, an outdoor living space with a comfortable sitting area, pool, and spa, a one-car garage, and a two-car garage.
Stock’s 2,384 square feet under air Biscayne floor plan in Sparrow Cay offers a great room, an island kitchen and breakfast nook, a study, three bedrooms, a two-car garage, and a one-car garage. The great room opens to the outdoor living space’s conversation area, pool, and spa. The Biscayne model showcases an interior by Michael Hayes and C. Chad Elkins of Hayes Elkins Design for Pizzazz Interiors. Their new traditional design style is comfortable and well-appointed. A visually appealing neutral toned color palette includes linen and flax tones, light beiges, and creams mixed with a range of wood finishes. The flooring in the living areas is a six by 36-inch Gravel Road porcelain tile. Elegant lighting fixtures are found throughout the design.
Stock’s unfurnished, move-in ready residences at Naples Reserve include the 2,812 square feet under air Belfield residence in Parrot Cay and the 2,600 square feet Captiva and 2,895 square feet Useppa II residences in Sparrow Cay.
