Stock Signature Homes, the award-winning luxury homebuilding division of Stock Development, announced its furnished Clairborne II model at 392 West Street in the North Naples Pine Ridge neighborhood is on schedule for completion in early January.  The elegant and spacious Clairborne II floor plan offers 4,369 square feet under air plus an additional 1,084 square feet of covered lanai space.  The great room plan features a formal dining room, a gourmet island kitchen and breakfast nook, a study, exercise room, three bedrooms plus a VIP suite, three-and-a-half baths plus a pool bath, and two two-car garages.  The model will include a fireplace and outdoor kitchen on the lanai as well as a pool and spa.  Priced at $3,795,000 with furnishings, the Clairborne II model will showcase an interior design by Soco Interiors’ Daniel Kilgore.

Kilgore has created a coastal contemporary design for the Clairborne II.  Clean-lined furnishings will be presented against a palette of layered tans, creams, and greys with sky blue, navy blue and charcoal grey accents.  Kilgore will bring pizzazz to the design with glass, metal, and mirrored elements.  The flooring throughout the residence will be a light-toned reclaimed oak.

The light-filled entry will provide an immediate introduction to Kilgore’s vision of a grand, yet welcoming and comfortable family home. In the impressive 20-feet high foyer, Kilgore’s plan will feature a 6-feet tall sparkling glass pendant to provide the towering space an immediate memory point. A custom niche on the right side of the foyer will hold a clean-lined acrylic console with a colorful original abstract painting mounted above.

The dining room will feature a wine wall including two lighted built-in wine coolers finished in taupe gray cabinetry. Above the wine counter, large glass-doored cabinets will house a horizontal wine display custom mounted on a textured glass-tile back wall. An 84-inch round dining table with a driftwood gray top and a dark metal base will host six comfortable upholstered dining chairs below a striking contemporary glass chandelier in multiple tones of sparkling blue.

The study will feature a wall-to-wall custom built-in with glass cabinets above and file storage below. A partners’ desk will be topped with a crisp white quartz. The cabinetry will be done in a light gray finish and the ceiling will have horizontal drywall beam details.

The great room will have a feature wall divided into three niches. Lower cabinets will be fitted with large drawers for storage and open shelving will be installed above the side cabinets against a mirrored backsplash. The center niche will be papered in a textured grass cloth behind the television. Four pocketing sliders will offer access to the expansive covered lanai. A tan linen oversized sectional will face the feature wall and be anchored by a large cocktail table done in a silver leaf finish. Two upholstered linen club chairs will face the sectional on a modern area rug with linear details.  A pair of ottomans will provide additional seating.

The open kitchen will continue the coastal contemporary theme with cabinetry in a clean white painted finish and countertops in cool gray marble. In a reversed color palette, the island will feature a warm gray painted base cabinet and a white quartz countertop. Linear stainless steel tiles will brighten the backsplash and add a metallic sheen. The four counter-height bar stools will be done in white leather with decorative silver nail head trim. The adjacent breakfast nook will seat four at a round glass-topped table. Across from the table, an antiqued finish driftwood credenza and wall mirror will reflect the view of the lanai.

Kilgore’s design calls for three different gathering areas on the spacious lanai. First will be the summer kitchen and dining area where a bronze metal table will seat six. The cabinetry will have a simple shaker profile in a soft white driftwood textured finish and the countertops will be done in white granite. Coastal blues and grays will accent the glass mosaic backsplash. In a conversation area at the opposite end of the lanai, two driftwood woven sofas and a round upholstered ottoman will be set in front of a fireplace designed with a cast stone surround. Above the wall mounted television will be a dark stained cypress wood detail.  A third gathering area will be defined with four large upholstered club chairs and a round metal cocktail table.

Light-toned reclaimed oak flooring will continue into the exercise room off the great room. One entire wall will be mirrored, and a tall étagère will serve as storage for towels and equipment. An oversized vibrant original art piece will be hung opposite the mirrored wall.

In the calming master bedroom, a serene neutral color palette of layered creams, pale ivory and earthy tan will be accented with a strong slate blue and softer blue gray. A fully upholstered bed with a modern winged headboard will be finished in textured blue-gray linen and will sit below two large bright abstract paintings that will include references to the entire color palette. Two oversized chests with geometric designs carved on the fronts will serve as nightstands and will have a white painted finish. Below the wall mounted television, an espresso wood credenza with chunky silver hardware will sit beside a cream linen chaise, floor lamp, and reading table. Layered bed linens and window treatments will be in the same soft blue gray tones.

In the clean and modern master bath, the reclaimed oak flooring will transition to a pale limestone tile that will extend onto the shower walls in a linear fashion. The room design will include a rectangular free-standing tub. All the cabinetry will have a creamy beige painted finish and the countertops will be done in a pale taupe.
