Stock Development Garners Five Aurora & Excel Awards

Stock Development has added to its impressive portfolio of industry awards with the honor of six more Aurora and Excel Awards.

The 28th Annual Aurora Awards were presented at the annual Southeast Building Conference July 14 in Orlando. Builders, planners, architects, developers, designers, interior merchandisers and other housing-related professionals in a 12-state region from Texas to Virginia received the awards.

The Aurora Awards program is affiliated with the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) and the Southeast Building Conference (SEBC), one of two regional trade shows

recognized by and affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
The panel of six judges selected winners from 435 entries in 76 categories. 
The Excel Awards competition is sponsored by the Florida Home Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council.

Aurora Winners
In the category of Attached For Sale Home $300,000-$500,000, Stock Development’s Santa Ana and Santa Barbara models at Paseo of Fort Myers both received honors.

Excel Winners
For Best Master-Planner Community of the Year, Stock Development’s Paseo of Fort Myers earned a Gold Award. Paseo also added two more Silver Awards, including Best Radio Commercial for a builder or developer and Best Sales Office/Information Center-500 square feet and under.
