Stock Development has released for sales Covington Place, a new neighborhood of single-family homes located in The Classics section at Lely Resort, Collier County's 2008 Community of the Year.

Located in the north half of Lely Resort, Covington Place is a private neighborhood of 38 single-family homes situated on a quiet cul-de-sacs surrounded by stunning nature preserves and vistas across the fairways and greens of The Classics Championship Golf Course.
