Stock Construction has passed the 70 percent construction rate in the Cottesmore single-family home neighborhood at Lely Resort, the Collier Building Industry Association's 2008 Community of the Year.

Cottesmore lines the lakes and fairway of the Classics Golf Course, one of three championship golf courses at Lely Resort. Thirty-three of the 57 homes in the neighborhood are completed and an additional seven homes are under construction.

Priced from the $480s, Cottesmore offers five distinct single-story, two-story and courtyard style floor plans that range from 2,225 to 2,668 square feet under air with up to four bedrooms and two and one-half baths.

All of the homes in Cottesmore are built by Stock Construction and feature the finest interior appointments, including: raised panel cabinets, Corian® countertops, Kohler fixtures, upgraded GE appliances, Mohawk carpeting and ceramic tile.  Exterior features include a pool and spa option package, brick paver driveway and walkways and a landscape package.

Thirteen additional single-family and multi-family home neighborhoods are being marketed with prices starting in the mid-$200s.
