New Montessa Model Opens At Paseo10/30/2009
Stock Development has opened a new furnished Montessa model in the Sarita neighborhood of single-famliy homes at Paseo, the 2009 LBIA Community of the Year.
The Montessa's open great room style floor plan has the livability of an estate-sized home. Offering 2,293 square feet under air with 3,166 total square feet, it is a three-bedroom, two-bath great room-style home featuring a study, a dining room and a two-car garage.
Bacon's Furniture has completed the interior design of the home. Most of the main living areas overlook the pool and spa via the sliding glass doors and bay windows that line the back of the Montessa, merging the outdoors with the indoors.
