Provencia Build Out Under Way

Stock Construction has released the final construction plans for Provencia Court, a single-family home neighborhood at Paseo.

According to Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales at Paseo, 49 of the 52 homes in the lakefront neighborhood have already been completed. The final three homes will be built as inventory units this fall.

"Within the next few weeks, Stock Construction will begin work on the final three homes in the neighborhood,” said Clark. "Construction will be complete before the end of the winter sales season. We are finding that quality new single-family home inventory has shrunk dramatically in the last year. These homes will be an excellent opportunity to buy a new home in a highly amenitized community.”

Three different floor plans will be built.

The Valencia is a two-bedroom, three-bath courtyard home featuring 1,878 square feet under air.  The home includes a great room, an island-style kitchen and a detached cabana with a private bathroom.  The home is a total of 3,942 square feet including the covered lanai, the courtyard, the covered porch and the two-car garage.    

The Valencia's courtyard-style floor plan provides its residents with the best of Florida living.  An open-air courtyard is surrounded by the main living area of the home. The courtyard offers an flexible space that can accommodate a pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen or an outdoor living room.  The courtyard also provides access to the detached cabana suite, which includes elegant patio doors, a full bath and a kitchenette.  This versatile space may be used as a guest suite or it can be converted to a private study.

The main living area of the home offers a spacious great room design with tray ceilings and tall, stacked sliding glass doors leading to the covered lanai.  The formal dining area is adjacent to the large island-style kitchen.  The master suite is situated at the rear of the home.  It is bathed in natural light from large windows and offers a pair of walk-in closets.

The master suite is situated at the rear of the home.  It is bathed in natural light from tall sliding glass doors, which also open to the pool. It offers a pair of walk-in closet.

The Tivoli is a single-story, great room style home with 1,975 square feet under air and a total of 2,723 square feet, including a covered entry, an attached, two-car garage and a screened and covered lanai with a large furnished pool deck and spa.

The Tivoli's three-bedroom/two-bath floor plan provides a large centrally located great room that opens to the island-style kitchen and breakfast room that is bathed in natural light through bay windows. Eight foot tall stacked sliding glass doors lead to the pool and lanai.

There is a formal dining room adjacent to the great room and the study is situated away from the main living area for maximum privacy. The master suite is situated at the rear of the home overlooking the pool with a door conveniently opening directly to the furnished sundeck.
