New Pricing Announced For Cordoba at Lely Resort

Cordoba Development has unveiled a new price structure for the Cordoba neighborhood at Lely Resort.
The new pricing includes furnished models with leaseback options, inventory homes, and new construction, which is now priced from the $370s.

“We have completed an aggressive bidding process that has resulted in dramatically lower construction costs,” said Mark DiSabato, Managing Partner of Cordoba Development, LLC. “As a result, we have passed on tens of thousands of dollars of savings to customers.”
According to DiSabato, two floorplans in six variations are available. The three-bedroom, two and one-half-bath San Sebastian floor plan is a great-room style home with 1,544 square feet under air and 2,105 square feet of total living area. The two-story Barcelona model offers 2,219 square feet of living area under air with two master suites and three and one-half baths and a total of 2,780 square feet.   –more-

“We have beautifully furnished San Sebastian and Barcelona Grande models available for $524,800 and $630,500, respectively. These homes include a generous leaseback incentive providing a six percent annual return on the sales price,” said DiSabato. “There are also inventory homes available in each floor plan. The San Sebastian is priced at $459,575 and the Barcelona is priced at $544,000. These homes offer extraordinary outdoor living packages.”

The homes at Cordoba feature uniquely designed private courtyards at the rear that comfortably extend the living area of the home to include the outdoors. The courtyards are available with a wide array of pool, spa and fireplace options.
