CBIA Announces the 26th Spring Parade of Homes ™1/14/2010
Stock Development, in conjunction with the CBIA, is hosting the Single-Site Parade of Homes™ at Lely Resort. This resort offers three championship golf courses; The Players Club and Spa. The Parade will run Friday, February 12th through Sunday, February 14th and Friday, February 19th – 21st from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.Thirty three beautifully decorated homes within eleven neighborhoods priced from the $180’s to over $1 million will be on display for the public. From coach homes to custom estate homes, the Single-Site Parade of Homes™ at Lely Resort will feature a residence to suit every lifestyle. These models have been built by five of the area’s finest luxury homebuilders, including: Bateman Communities, Divco Construction , Lundstrom Development, Cordoba Development and Stock Construction. The gorgeous interiors have been completed by talented firms, including: Adele Lundstrom Interiors, East Indies Home, Valentine & Stone, DDC Design, Expressions in Design, Pizzazz Interiors and Robb & Stucky.
