Large New Townhome Building Under Construction2/1/2010
Stock Construction has begun construction on a new building of townhomes at Paseo, the 2009 Community of the Year.Sales are advancing at Paseo with 22 contracts written during the recent Parade of Homes.
According to Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales for Paseo, the pace of sales has led to the jump in new construction at Paseo, where 27 new multi-family and single-family homes are under construction with more than 30 additional homes scheduled to begin in the upcoming weeks.
“Recent sales success has dramatically reduced our available inventory homes,” said Clark. “We are the only developer in Lee County aggressively building new homes. It is because homebuyers recognize the incredible lifestyle that Paseo has on offer.”
In the new building, five of the twelve units in the new building overlook the community’s largest lake.
“This building is one of our U-shaped designs, which afford residents a private motorcourt area at the rear,” said Clark. “It is a wonderful layout that places the garages in the back, giving residents direct access from their front door to lovely brick paver sidewalks and unobstructed vistas.”
The new building includes six different floorplans with two of each available.
