New Casitas Construction Starts2/1/2010
Stock Development has begun construction on a new phase of casitas at Paseo, a gated, resort-style community located in South Fort Myers.According to Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales for Paseo, casitas are priced from just $189,990, and each includes a $15,000 discount or a $15,000 upgrades package chosen by the homebuyer. This offer was introduced during the Parade of Homes and due to sales success during the Parade it has been extended for one week on multi-family homes.
“The luxury upgrades package gives homebuyers the opportunity to tailor their home to suit their precise desires at no extra charge,” said Clark. “They may add granite countertops, European style cabinetry, built-in wall units or countless other options.”
Paseo’s casita designs blends the ease and luxury of maintenance-free living with the privacy of a single-family home in residences that are built around a common driveway.
Four of the six floor plans are under construction.
