New Ponte Vedra Model Opens2/1/2010
Stock Development has opened a new furnished Ponte Vedra model at Covington Place, a neighborhood of single-family homes located in The Estates section of The Classics at Lely Resort.The Ponte Vedra is a four-bedroom/study/four and one-half-bath home with 3,482 square feet under air and a total of 4,867 total square feet, including an attached three-car garage and a screened and covered lanai with outdoor kitchen.
The unique split design affords maximum privacy to homeowners and guests alike by placing the three full guest suites with baths on the opposite side of the home from the master suite.
East Indies Home has designed the Ponte Vedra model to combine the charm of old world style and the comfort of contemporary living. Furnishings from top design houses such as Theodore Alexander, Drexel Heritage and East Indies Home highlight the elegant sun-filled entry and welcoming formal living room in fresh cream and sky blue fabrics.
The warm earth tones of the comfortable sectional seating area in the family room open completely on two sides to the oversized pool and lanai furnished in oversized custom teak. Guests may choose from a Tropical twin suite dressed in Delft blue and crisp white linen, a traditional queen suite in sunny yellow and grass green, or a contemporary queen suite in rich contrasting chocolate and bright white. The expansive master suite is designed in soft taupes and muted teal, and offers a quiet, spa retreat in the bath suite.
The large island-style kitchen has a dinette, which overlooks the pool and spa, and opens to an oversized family room with direct access to the lanai via two walls of sliding glass doors. The home seamlessly melds the indoor and outdoor living areas, creating a perfect environment for entertaining.
