New Townhome Building Topped Off4/6/2010
Stock Construction has topped off the first new building of townhomes at Paseo, the 2009 Community of the Year.According to Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales for Paseo, the new lakefront building has five units overlooking the community’s largest lake.
“These five new homes have beautiful lake views and each floorplan offers multiple front porches or balconies for enjoying the outdoors,” said Clark. “The wonderful design of these homes places the garages in the rear, giving residents direct access from their front door to lovely brick paver sidewalks and unobstructed vistas.”
The new building includes five different floorplans and are scheduled for completion in early July. Construction of two new phases of casita homes are also under way, as well as numerous single-family homes.
