More New Casitas under Construction4/6/2010
Stock Development has begun construction on a new phase of casitas at Paseo, a gated, resort-style community located in South Fort Myers.According to Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales for Paseo, casitas are priced from just $189,990. Paseo’s casita designs blends the ease and luxury of maintenance-free living with the privacy of a single-family home in residences that are built around a common driveway. Six floor plans are offered, each of which is under construction in the new phase.
“This is the second new phase of casitas to have begun construction in the past month,” said Clark. “We also have two buildings of townhomes under way with more coming soon and 17 single-family homes under construction or in permitting. It is a very exciting time at Paseo.”
