New Townhomes Released At Paseo5/7/2010
Stock Construction has released a new building of townhomes at Paseo, the 2009 Community of the Year.Sales continue to advance at Paseo with more than 45 new home sales since the beginning of the year. According to Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales for Paseo, the pace of sales has led to new releases and additional construction at Paseo.
“We currently have two buildings of townhomes and two sections of casitas under construction,” said Clark. “We are the only developer in Lee County aggressively building new homes. It is because homebuyers recognize the incredible lifestyle that Paseo has on offer.”
The newly released building has a corner location with lakes on two sides, affording beautiful lake views from nine of the twelve units. It is only a few hundred yards from the Village Center.
“This building is one of our U-shaped designs, which afford residents a private motorcourt area at the rear,” said Clark. “It is a wonderful layout that places the garages in the back, giving residents direct access from their front door to lovely brick paver sidewalks and unobstructed vistas.”
The new building includes six different floorplans with two of each available.
