Grand Palm Completed At The Classics5/7/2010
Stock Construction, the 2009 CBIA Builder of the Year, has completed construction an unfurnished Grand Palm model in The Estates at The Classics, a neighborhood of custom-built estate homes at Lely Resort.This three-bedroom, three and one-half bath home offers 4,185 square feet under air and a total of 6,147 square feet. The spacious floor plan is designed for maximum livability. In the main living area, the Grand Palm offers a formal living room and an informal family room, both of which provide direct access to the screened and covered lanai via stacked sliding glass doors. There is a formal dining room with an elegant tray ceiling and a casual dinette adjacent to the island-style kitchen.
The kitchen’s design is one of the Grand Palm’s most unique features.
