Avonlea Neighborhood Passes 85 Percent Sold Mark at Lely6/4/2010
Stock Development has passed the 85 percent sold mark in the Avonlea neighborhood in Lely Resort, a country club community in Naples.“Twenty-nine of 34 homes in the neighborhood are sold,” said Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales at Lely Resort. “Avonlea has been very popular with homebuyer. So far in 2010, we have sold 12 homes.”
