Paseo Takes Unprecedented Fourth Straight Community of the Year Honors6/4/2010
The Lee Building Industry Association held its 20th Annual Pinnacle & Remodelers Award ceremony on Saturday, May 15th at the Paseo Village Center in Fort Myers.Stock Development and Paseo were the big winners of the evening, taking home 18 awards, including The News-Press Grand Award and Development Company of the Year honors. Paseo won an unprecedented fourth consecutive Community of the Year Award, as well as Best Master Plan Community Pool Design, Best Developer Clubhouse Exterior, Best Developer Clubhouse Interior and three Product Design of the Year awards for its homes.
Stock Development’s personnel also shown brightly. Pinnacle Awards were presented to Delphine Couchman as Developer Title Insurance Sales Person of the Year; Erica Lolli Developer Mortgage Lender of the Year; Marcia Erpenbeck as Developer Sales Person of the Year; Tim Clark as Developer Sales Manager of the Year; and Claudine Léger-Wetzel as Developer Marketing Representative of the Year.
Created by the Sales & Marketing Council of the Lee Building Industry Association and sponsored by the News-Press, this awards program pays tribute to the Lee BIA members who have obtained an outstanding level of success and professionalism in the sales, marketing and remodeling of homes during the year 2009.
Awards were presented in 50 categories consisting of advertising, interior design, product design, remodeling, achievement and the coveted News-Press Grand Award.
