Sales Jump In Cordoba Neighborhood

Award-winning Cordoba Development, LLC has seen a surge in sales activity at its Cordoba neighborhood at Lely Resort with four sales in the past few weeks.

According to Mark DiSabato, Managing Partner of Cordoba Development, LLC, Cordoba’s new pricing and re-bidding of construction costs has paid dividends with new home sales contracts.

“Three of our four inventory homes, including two furnished models have sold,” said DiSabato. “We are currently in negotiations with several additional buyers and there is a sense of urgency because costs are beginning to increase and they realize prices will soon be rising.”

Overall, five lakefront homes have now sold, two of which are a recently introduced floorplan “The Madrid” , which is a two-story model with 2,383 square feet under air.

“Homebuyers love the two-story plan and the courtyard designs,” said DiSabato. “It provides a spacious home with a private, intimate outdoor living area that may include a pool.”

Cordoba currently has one inventory home available. Offering southwestern exposure, has recently been furnished and features three-bedroom/two and one-half bath home with a large pool in the courtyard. It is priced at $434,175.
