Kanerva Named Chef At Paseo

Stock Development has named Scott Kanerva Executive Chef of the Village Center at Paseo, a private, gated resort community in Fort Myers.

Kanerva oversees the menus and culinary operations for Paseo’s pub, bistro and tiki bar at the 26,000 square foot Village Center.

A native of Burlington, Ontario, Kanerva is a graduate of George Brown College Chef School in Toronto with a degree in Culinary Management. He has 17 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Before joining the staff at Paseo, as a chef last year, Kanerva served as a chef for Nordstrom’s in Naples, as well as The Blue Moon Café and Noche Restaurant in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands.
