New Townhome Building Under Construction6/25/2010
Stock Construction has begun construction on a new building of townhomes at Paseo, the 2010 Community of the Year.Sales continue to be strong at Paseo with 48 new home sales since the beginning of the year. According to Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales for Paseo, the sales have prompted new construction across all homestyles.
“We have 29 new townhomes under construction, 18 of which are already sold,” said Clark. “In addition to the three townhome buildings, there are three sections of casitas under construction, as well as new homes in both single-family neighborhoods. We are the only developer in Lee County aggressively building new homes. It is because homebuyers recognize the incredible lifestyle that Paseo has on offer.”
According Clark, townhomes are priced from just the $150s and include a special sales incentive.
“During the month of June we are offering $10,000 worth of upgrades or options with the purchase of each townhome, giving homebuyers the chance to customize their home at no extra cost,” said Clark.
The newest townhome building has a corner location with a lake on one side, affording beautiful lake views from four of the twelve units. It is only a few hundred yards from the Village Center.
“This building is one of our U-shaped designs, which afford residents a private motorcourt area at the rear,” said Clark. “It is a wonderful layout that places the garages in the back, giving residents direct access from their front door to lovely brick paver sidewalks and unobstructed vistas.”
