Construction Moves Forward in Sarita Neighborhood7/26/2010
Stock Development has reached the 47 percent mark on construction in the Sarita neighborhood of single-famliy homes at Paseo, a private, gated community in South Fort Myers.According to Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales for Paseo, ten of the 21 homes have been completed or are under construction. Three additional homes are scheduled to begin construction this summer. Altogether 14 single-family homes will be under way at Paseo by the end of August.
Sarita’s homesites offer lake views or vistas of the Six Mile Cypress Slough’s nature preserves and all have attached two car garages and pool and spa options. The neighborhood is near Paseo’s outstanding Village Center and prices start from just the $330s.
“Sarita’s homes are from Stock Construction’s Traditional Series of homes,” said Clark. “There are a total of four floorplans, which include two, three or four bedrooms, formal studies and up to three full baths. The sizes of the plans range from 2,225 to 3,446 square feet under air.”
