The EDC supports the project to encourage new business growth, diversification opportunities and expansion in the North Naples and I-75 corridor.
The Professional Villages of Northbrooke is a brand new, beautifully-designed campus that includes six buildings in a lush park-like setting. Each building offers space for sale or lease for medical and professional office use, from 800 to 23,000 square feet. Leasing opportunities are available in the Stock Building on the first floor for select businesses requiring Class A space up to a total of 20,000+SF.
