About

The Bella Vista’s easy yet elegant ambiance is evident at the main entry where an arched wooden door is detailed with wrought iron scroll work. A gallery hallway leads to the formal dining room where an arched entry opens to a space with hardwood flooring, wainscoting, a chair rail, paneled walls and applied molding details that create places for displaying artwork. The great room and adjacent kitchen are the heart of the Bella Vista and combine to create an inviting, comfortable space that is ideally suited to entertaining and day-to-day living. A beamed coffered ceiling treatment in the great room includes nine square coffers finished with dark beams, white crown molding and a pale gray background. The kitchen’s large counter-height island is designed to maintain a connection with guests during meal preparation. Bar stools offer seating while entertaining. A semicircular breakfast area overlooks the outdoor living area and will provide dining space for six. The study is designed to serve as more of a private gathering space than a working space. The study’s quad-coffer ceiling features a circular center detail and backgrounds finished with a dark stain. Located off a hallway leading to the master suite, the entry to the bath is marked by an oval shaped coffered ceiling and a glass mosaic silver moon tile flooring inlay detail that is carried into the bath. The calm, soothing master bedroom features neutral wall tones and opens to the outdoor living area. Bella Vista’s outdoor living area provides different spaces that can be used simultaneously, including a kitchen, bar and dining area, a pool and spa with fountain water features that include a beautiful stone detail, a large conversation area with a fireplace, and a lower deck with large arm chairs and a fire pit. The ceilings in the covered areas are finished with a dark-toned tongue-in-groove. Two of three guest bedrooms are located away from the main living areas and offer getaway spaces for visitors. Two of the bedrooms each have a private bath. The third guest bedroom opens to the outdoor living area and shares a full pool bath.
