Erica Lolli, President of Stock Financial

Under Erica Lolli’s leadership Stock Financial has established itself as one of Southwest Florida’s most respected mortgage companies.  Despite the challenging market and regulation changes in the mortgage industry, Stock Financial remained busy and profitable. Lolli attributes this to the company’s adaptability, believing that knowledge is power. Many mortgage brokers claim competitive interest rates and attractive programs, but Stock Financial placed a greater emphasis on educating their customers to the new realities in the mortgage industry and ensuring their clients were not surprised by the more onerous loan applications.

Erica insisted that her loan officers be well-educated in the latest changes in the industry and pass that information on to clients to set realistic expectations about the new reality and to establish Stock Financial as a trusted financial advisor rather than simply a mortgage company. In particular, the credit crunch dramatically impacted mortgages on condominiums, making them more difficult to obtain and Stock Financial became an expert in this area.

Leading by example, Erica continues to stay current with the latest changes in the real estate industry and the mortgage industry.  Erica is a well known speaker and has delivered numerous presentations to the local real estate boards on issues that affect their industry and her strength is sharing this complex subject information in terms the public can understand. Her approach paid dividends by setting realistic customer expectations at the outset of the loan process, which removed obstacles and streamlined the loan process.

In 2008, Stock Financial earned the Gold Award of Excellence for Retail Mortgage Production from the Mortgage Bankers Association of Florida. Erica served as President of the SW Chapter of the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2010.  She received the NABOR Rising Star Award and Stock Financial was named Affiliate of the Year.
