Stock’s furnished Parade of Homes models are open in Quail West, Twin Eagles, Babcock Ranch, Esplanade Golf & Country Club of Naples Bonita Bay and Hidden Harbor.
At Esplanade, The Windsor III is a single-story residence encompassing 4,155 square feet under air and featuring an interior design by Vogue. It has three bedrooms plus a fourth bedroom/recreational room, three and a half baths inside plus a pool bath, a central great room, exercise room, dining room and study with a screened covered lanai. The master suite includes a sitting room overlooking the pool and twin walk-in closets. The home also features two separate, two-car garages.
The Corleone at Hidden Harbor is nestled within a pristine waterfront property. This exclusive, amenity-rich boating community features 76 contemporary coastal estate homes, most of which provide access to the Gulf of Mexico by way of the Ten Mile Canal and Estero Bay.
The Corleone is a two-story, four-bedroom (plus loft convertible to a fifth bedroom) plan with three and one-half-baths. The great room design also includes a formal dining room and a second floor playroom. The home offers 3,172 square feet under air and a total of 4,331 square feet including a screened and covered lanai and an attached two-car garage garage plus a fun-car garage. The interior design was completed by Daniel Kilgore of Soco Interiors.
“The overall feel is contemporary coastal with layers of light neutral grays, tans, and whites with strong accents of blue-green and coral,” said Kilgore. “The furnishings mix clean-lined upholstery with more rustic, unique casegoods which provide lots of texture.”
The great room is designed for entertaining and is open to the kitchen and breakfast nook, which features a large chalkboard wall. The master bedroom has a painted panel bed wall detail with a soft aqua metallic wall covering inserts. The upstairs loft has been turned into a secondary living space with a big sectional, a craft/game table and a painted ceiling detail.
Three guest suites upstairs each have a unique feel and color palette: One is sophisticated neutrals and mixed metallics, one has layers of creams, greys, and charcoal tones, and one has a whimsical mix of navy and bright coral. The spacious lanai has a shellstone deck surrounding the pool and has a great outdoor dining and lounging space with a great view of the bay.
Stock’s furnished Normandy II model is in Quail West’s Cortland neighborhood. Cortland is an enclave of 19, 95-foot homesites that showcase Quail West’s golf course and water views. The Normandy II features 4,124 square feet under air and showcases an interior by Clive Daniel Home.
The open concept floor plan includes four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and a study. A massive living area includes a great room, dining area, a wet bar, a double-island kitchen, and an entertainment bar overlooking the outdoors. One of the guest bedrooms is designed as a cabana suite. The great room opens to the outdoors where covered lanais, a summer kitchen, fireplace, and a pool and spa await. A three-car garage is included.
At Babcock Ranch, The Sebring’s 2,676-square-foot great room plan includes a formal dining room, island kitchen, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, and a two-car garage. The outdoor living area includes a rectangular pool and pavered deck that draws the eye to lake views.
Norris Furniture and Interiors’ has completed the interior design. Warm beige-gray backgrounds throughout the home are accented with colors that celebrate the outdoors, including citron green, sky blue and sunset red. Flooring in the common areas have wood-look plank porcelain tile. Black and white photographs taken on the Babcock Ranch property, wood furnishings, board and batten wall details, unique elements such as an old Florida style sliding barn door connecting the dining room and kitchen, drop-down and beamed ceiling details, and doors that open the dining room to a covered front porch with rocking chairs contribute to the home’s sense of connection with the outdoors.
