Also in the Vineyards, Stock has the airy 3,600 square foot Merano model offered at $1,469,275. The expansive Montclair model at 4,088 square feet and priced at $1,690,975, is expected to open next month. Three spectacular move-in ready residences are also available - the Chambly with 2,600 square feet at $797,915, the Martinique at $834,765 with 2,729 square feet and the Lyndon with 3,609 square feet available at $1,142,410.
In the Staysail Court neighborhood, Murray Homes’ impressive Intrepid offers 3,331 square feet plus an additional 1,200 square feet of outdoor living. It’s offered at $1,545,000
In the custom home estates, Arthur Rutenberg Homes is displaying the recently opened Cortina model at 4,049 square feet. It boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an adjacent casita perfect for guests and is offered at $2,483,700. Their Almeria residence has sold, but is available for viewing by appointment. Stock has sold their expansive 4,369 square foot Clairborne II model, but it is open for viewing.
The newest neighborhood, Lake View Estates, will offer pristine lake views.
