With an astounding seven estate model home sales in just 30 days, Stock Development reported that 14 binding and pending sales transactions worth nearly $35 million have been processed at Quail West since January 1 of this year. Acknowledged for providing Southwest Florida’s most refined estate lifestyle, Quail West has further enhanced that living experience with the completion of Phase I of a two-phase initiative that includes renovations to the lobby, pre-event areas, and formal dining kitchen facilities in its 70,000 square feet clubhouse, as well as enhancements to its Preserve golf course, expanded tennis facilities, and the addition of a stand-alone fitness center.
