Quail West Reports Nearly $60 Million in YTD Sales through July


Stock Development’s Quail West community reported it processed 31 binding and five pending new home and home site contracts worth a total of $58.6 million between January 1 and July 31, 2016.  The gated golf course community in North Naples continues to debut new product offerings.  A collection of completed, soon to be completed, and poised to begin construction furnished models and unfurnished, move-in ready residences by Quail West’s Preferred Builders is available and offers the possibility of being in a newly constructed home for the 2016 fall and 2017 winter seasons.

Stock will introduce three new furnished models at Quail West in August.  Its 4,124 square feet furnished Normandy II model in the community’s Cortland neighborhood will be completed by the end of the month.  Cortland is an enclave of nineteen 95-foot home sites that showcase golf course and water views.  The neighborhood offers thirteen floor plans by Stock Signature Homes, the exclusive homebuilder in Cortland.  The four-bedroom plus study floor plans range from 3,504 to 4,239 square feet under air and are base-priced from $1,019,990 to $1,199,990.  The Normandy II is one of four furnished models Stock will be introducing in Cortland between now and March, 2017.    


Priced at $2,200,825 with furnishings, the Normandy II model will feature an interior by Clive Daniel Home.  The open concept floor plan includes four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, and a study.  The living area includes a great room, dining area, wet bar, double-island kitchen, and an entertainment bar overlooking the outdoors.  One of the guest bedrooms is designed as a cabana suite.  The great room opens to covered lanais, a summer kitchen, fireplace, and a pool and spa.  A three-car garage is included.  The Normandy II’s interior presents a timeless design with glossy elegance and fresh charm.  A palette of light greens, grays, blue grays, ivories and white is offset by dark woods, smoky tones and organic elements.  Flooring in the living areas is light over-scaled porcelain tile.  The Normandy II floor plan is base-priced at $1,194,990.


Stock’s furnished Aqualina and Carlisle II estate models will also be completed by the end of August.  The two new models will join Quail West’s collection of estate residences that are furthering the community’s legacy of providing an exceptional estate lifestyle experience.  Custom estate home and home site packages are priced from $2.5 million to over $7 million.  Estate homes at Quail West are built by Stock Signature Homes, McGarvey Custom Homes, Seagate Development Group, LLC, Diamond Custom Homes, Fox Custom Builders, London Bay Homes, and Emerald Homes.


Priced at $3,802,570 fully-furnished, the 4,937 square feet Aqualina will include a formal living room with a fireplace.  The plan also features a formal dining room and butler’s pantry, a wine cellar, four bedrooms, four full baths and two half-baths.  A double-island kitchen will adjoin a family room opening to an outdoor living area with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen and dining area, and a pool and spa.  The Aqualina will showcase an interior by Marc Michaels Interior Design.  The design will establish an ambience of timeless elegance.  A background palette of cream, taupe, and light blue will be accented with splashes of peacock blue combined with satin brass accents and antique mirror effects.  Flooring in the living areas will be executed in a medium-toned wood that will include interesting patterns in the study and master bedroom.


The Carlisle II estate will present an interior by Soco Interiors.  The 4,420 square feet plan includes a formal parlour overlooking the outdoor living area.  A formal dining room opens to a garden space.  The plan also features a study, a double-island kitchen, a family room that opens to an outdoor living area with a fireplace, summer kitchen, pool and spa, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a three-car garage, and a golf cart garage.  The Carlisle II is priced at $3,308,955 with furnishings.  The interior will offer an ambiance of sophisticated elegance.  The architectural details and furnishings will be transitional in style. In the living areas, the color palette will incorporate soft browns, neutrals, and grays while the secondary bedrooms will showcase pops of color.  The flooring will be executed in a warm 24 x 48-inch neutral porcelain tile.  In the study and master suite, the flooring will transition to a warm mushroom gray oak hardwood.

Two unfurnished Palmhurst villas are also available, one scheduled for completion in November, the other in early first quarter, 2017.  The Palmhurst’s 2,822 square feet under air great room floor plan includes three bedrooms, three-and-a-half-baths, a study, a formal dining room, a spacious island kitchen and breakfast nook, an outdoor living area with a pool, spa, optional fireplace, and an optional summer kitchen, and a three-car garage.  Coffered ceiling details are found throughout the plan.  The unfurnished Palmhurst villa scheduled for completion in November is priced at $1,082,520 with optional features and upgraded finishes.  The second Palmhurst is priced at $914,990.
