Quail West reported that opportunities to enjoy the North Naples community’s luxurious single-family villa lifestyle are becoming increasingly limited. After four sales in the past month, just one completed and two soon to be completed unfurnished, move-in ready residences remain available in Escala, an enclave of villa homes designed and built by Stock Signature Homes, the award-winning luxury homebuilding division of Stock Development. Three opportunities also remain available in McGarvey Custom Homes’ La Caille villa neighborhood, including a completed furnished model and two new models that are currently in design. The completed unfurnished, move-in ready villa in Escala features Stock Signature Homes’ Joliette floor plan. Home ownership at Quail West offers exceptional value. A substantial two phase renovation of the community’s clubhouse and two championship golf courses is underway and progressing as planned. Improvements to the Preserve course are underway. The course is expected to reopen in December. Improvements to the Lakes course will begin in spring, 2017 with completion anticipated by December 2017. The design of the improved clubhouse spaces has been a cooperative effort of Quail West’s members, Humphrey Rosal Architects, and Clive Daniel Home. Their design concept is intended to enhance the club’s current high-end finishes while incorporating new design elements consistent with the new building additions. The upper floor of the clubhouse will remain more formal with a transitional feel. Phase II renovations are scheduled to commence in summer, 2017 and will transform the lower floor of the clubhouse. The redesigned lower floor will provide more casual spaces that tie in the traditional elements of the club with a more relaxed casual atmosphere presented by the lower floor’s corridor that will integrate golf, fitness, tennis, the salon and spa, and casual dining.
