Stock Development continues its success in South Naples with strong residetial sales in several communities, including Lely Resort, Isles of Collier Preserve, Naples Reserve and Fiddler’s Creek.

Stock Plaza, a five building commercial center at the northwest corner of Collier Boulevard and Grand Lely Drive continues to attract new businesses. There are five buildings being built on the nine-acre site with a total of 50,000 square feet. The first two buildings are complete and a third recently began construction.
