Stock Development saw a strong month of sales across Southwest Florida in July. The company reigstered 22 new homes sales worth more than $16.9 million and closed on an additional 26 homes worth more than $15.7 million.
“It was a terrific July for Stock Development,” said Léger-Wetzel, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Stock Development. “We sold homes ranging from townhomes in the $190s to custom estate homes prices at more than $2 million. In addition to maintaining a strong sales pace across all of our offerings, we were honored by Gulfshore Business with their Best of Business Award as Best Residential Builder.”
In Collier County, Stock sold seven homes at Quail West worth more than $6 million dollars. At Hidden Harbor, sales continue to climb as the community passed the 30 percent sold mark and the average sale price has risen to $883,000. The company also recently began sales at Lakewood Ranch in Sarasota and has already registered four sales worth nearly $3 million.
“July was a busy month for us,” said Stock. “We debuted The Players Room, a new building of amenities, including a theater, at The Players Club & Spa at Lely Resort. At Hidden Harbor, we unveiled a new furnished model and in the next couple of weeks we will be opening the new waterfront clubhouse.”
On the commercial side, Stock Urban, a division of Stock Development handling apartment and commercial development has expanded operations.
Stock Plaza has added new businesses to the complex. This stunning new commercial center is ideally located at the northwest corner of Collier Boulevard and Grand Lely Drive.
