Stock’s Windsor III Model Opens at Esplanade Golf & Country Club of Naples


Stock Signature Homes announced its furnished Windsor III model is now open for viewing and purchase in the Salara neighborhood at the Esplanade Golf & Country Club of Naples.  The gated Esplanade Golf & Country Club of Naples community is being developed by Taylor Morrison approximately three miles east of I-75 on Immokalee Road.  The community will consist of approximately 1,121 planned residential homes and a diverse array of amenities at build-out.  Stock is also offering nine distinct floor plans for luxury residences within Taylor Morrison’s Esplanade neighborhood at Lakewood Ranch.


Stock Signature Homes purchased seventeen 100-foot home sites within Salara and has completed two furnished models, the Windsor III that showcases an interior by Vogue Interiors’ Sheila Corasaniti, IDS, and the Majorca  II that features an interior by Soco Interiors’ Kassie Parisoe.  Stock also purchased twenty-five 90-foot home sites within Esplanade Golf & Country Club of Naples’ Arrezo neighborhood, 50% of which have sold.  The previously sold furnished Glenmore model remains open for viewing in Arrezo and presents an interior by Natalie Kibler, Senior Designer at Soco Interiors.


Base-priced at $989,990, the Windsor III residence in Salara offers a 4,155 square feet floor plan with three bedrooms, a fourth bedroom that can serve as a rec room, four-and-a-half baths, a great room, study, formal dining room, island kitchen, an outdoor living area with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, pool, and a spa, and a four-car garage. 


Corasaniti’s design presents a tranquil connection with nature.  Her color palette is light and soft with muted off-white walls to provide a clean background for fabrics and textures in shades of taupe, buttercream and silver blue.  Metallic accents add shimmery overtones.  Hardwood flooring in the main living areas, study, and master bedroom is executed in a driftwood tone. Distinctive ceiling details are evident throughout the home. 


The dining room features a wall niche where a pearl-white built-in console topped with Calcutta gold marble provides the foundation for a piece of art.  A live-edge organic dining table with a natural brown finish and brushed nickel legs paired with tall contemporary wing chairs upholstered in white with nail head detailing command attention. Clean-lined white moldings are applied to the walls for a chic accent.


The great room’s feature wall is divided into three sections. Soco’s Kassie Parisoe has created a classic interior with a contemporary twist for Stock’s Majorca II model in Salara.  Traditional white walls with molding details convey the feeling of a Paris apartment.  The bright color palette plays gold, silver, and pastel accents against the white backgrounds and all white furniture finishes.  The flooring in the main living areas is porcelain tile with a white marble look.  In the study, the porcelain flooring appears as multiple pieces of wood placed in a pattern.  The 4,121 square feet floor plan includes a living room with a fireplace and wet bar, a study, formal dining room, double-island kitchen with a dinette, spacious family room, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a covered lanai with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, pool and spa, and a one-car garage and a two-car garage.  The Majorca II is base-priced at $949,990.  The furnished model is priced at $1,999,990.


Base-priced at $844,990, the previously sold Glenmore model in Arrezo presents a 3,591 square feet great room floor plan with four bedrooms, a study, four-and-a-half baths, a formal dining room and gourmet island kitchen, an outdoor living area with a fireplace, summer kitchen, pool and spa, and a three-car garage.  The interior by Soco’s Natalie Kibler draws inspiration from timeless east coast elegance with a nod to nautical charm.  Her color palette of crisp whites, grays, and blues is balanced by graphite oak hardwood flooring.  In the great room, applied panel moldings on the feature wall create three sections.  A wall-mounted television is flanked by bookcases with base cabinetry in a neutral cream. Pocketing sliders open the space to the outdoors.


The kitchen’s outer island presents barstools upholstered in navy blue and overhead pendant lights while showcasing cabinetry executed in a creamy tone to match the perimeter.  The inner island is executed in a contrasting chocolate brown finish.
