Stock Development has sold out the townhomes at Paseo, the nine-time Community of the Year.
According to Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales, only three homes remain available.
“We have two single-family homes, both of which are move-in ready, and a casita,” said Clark. “This is the last opportunity to buy a new home at legendary Paseo.”
Paseo offers one Carmel casita floor plan with 1,531 square feet under air. The home has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and two floors of living area. The casita blends the ease and luxury of maintenance-free living with the privacy of a single-family home in residences that are built around a common driveway. It is priced at just $212,855.
In the Esperanza neighborhood, the two single-family homes remaining are The San Remo II and the Jasmine II. The San Remo III has 1,809 square feet under air and a two-car garage and is priced at just $478, 340, while the Jasmine II has 2,876 square feet under air plus a three-car garage and is priced at $640,250. The homes are surrounded by lakes and the beautiful nature of the Six Mile Cypress Slough.
The Village Center has won BIA awards for interior and exterior design, as well as best pool design. The amenities include a full-service concierge, a bistro, an ice cream parlor, a pub, an internet café, a coffee shop, a 4,000 square foot fitness center, a business center and library, as well as spa services and a 90-seat theatre with a projection room and comfortable elevated seating.
The resort-style pool features a poolside gazebo serving refreshments. Adjacent to the main pool is a large spa, a fitness-oriented lap pool and a children’s water playground. The Sports Center includes six lighted, HydroGrid tennis courts, a fishing pier, four bocce ball courts and a basketball court.
Paseo also has a Lifestyle Park with four chickee huts with seating for shade, a sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, grilling areas, a children’s grass play area and two pickle ball courts.
