McGarvey Custom Homes Sells Brentwood Model

McGarvey Custom Homes, one of the luxury homebuilders in the golf and resort-style gated community of Quail West, has announced it has sold another estate home.

 

The Brentwood is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath plus pool bath home with 5,336 square feet under air and 8,763 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage and an expansive outdoor living area.

 

The lakefront estate home had an asking price of $4,475,000, including furnishings.

 

 

McGarvey Custom Homes has another finished luxury estate home model available in Quail West and one under construction.

 

The completed Southampton, which also overlooks the 10th green of the community’s Preserve Course, is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,475 square feet under air and 6,661 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage with additional space for a golf cart.
