Stock’s Award-Winning Model Sold in Quail West

Stock Custom Homes’ Cristale model, which was honored by the Collier Building Industry Association with a 2018 Merit Award during this year’s Parade of Homes, has been sold.

The four-bedroom plus library/four-and-a-half-bath home has 4,427 square feet under air and 7,190 total square feet, including two, two-car garages with a porte-cochere and motor court. 

Cinnabar Design’s Laurie Walter, CEO, and Diana Hall, President, were responsible for the home’s interior design. It had an asking price of $3,580,105, including furnishings.

The Cristale was one of two furnished estate home models Stock had available in Quail West. The other is the Normandy II, which is still available.

The Normandy II is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,124 square feet under air and 6,034 total square feet, including a three-car garage.

From the entry, you step into the foyer. Straight ahead, beyond a row of pillars, is the nearly 22- by 22-foot great room which has an intricate ceiling and access to the outdoor living area. 

To the right of the great room is the formal dining room, the open kitchen with oversized island counter with sink and a food pantry.

Between a seating area and the kitchen is a short hallway which leads past the pool bath to the largest of the three guest bedrooms. It measures 18 by 13 feet, has its own full bath, walk-in closet and access to the outdoor living area.

The outside living area includes several covered lanais, a gourmet outdoor kitchen, and a free-form pool and spa with several fire features which light up the pool throughout the evening.

The Normandy II is priced at $2,145,000, including interior design by Clive Daniel. 

In addition to the Normandy II, two other furnished estate homes are also currently available in Quail West by one of the area’s most respected custom home builders.

McGarvey Custom Homes’ Southampton estate home model is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,475 square feet under air and 6,661 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage. It is priced at $3,750,000, including furnishings.

McGarvey’s Beechwood estate home model is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,076 square feet under air and 6,927 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage, is currently priced at $3,250,000, including furnishings.

The recently completed Cortona II, which overlooks the 7th green of the community’s Lakes Course, is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home has 4,159 square feet under air and 7,822 total square feet, including two two-car garages. It is priced at $2,985,880, unfurnished.

The Windsor III is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,155 square feet under air and 6,573 total square feet, including an impressive outdoor living area and two two-car garages, one on each side of the home. It is priced at $2,249,925.

The Gardenia II is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,000 square feet under air and 5,876 total square feet, including a three-car garage and two covered lanais overlooking the pool. It is priced at $1,874,205.

The Muirfield V is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 3,375 square feet under air and 4,943 total square feet, including a three-car garage and expansive outdoor living area. It is priced at $1,480,480.

The Muirfield VI is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 3,443 square feet under air and 5,327 total square feet, including a two-car and a separate single-car garage. 

It is priced at $1,371,495.

Additional spec homes and future models, by a number of builders, are in various phases of construction throughout the community and will be ready for occupancy in 2018.

One of those spec homes is a second Muirfield V, which overlooks the 8th green of the Preserve Course. It is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 3,375 square feet under air and 4,943 total square feet, including a three-car garage and expansive outdoor living area which includes an outdoor kitchen and a pool and spa.
