Stock’s Sophia III Model Under Construction in Quail West

The result is two distinctively different golf experiences – and much more variety for the members to choose from and enjoy.

Behind the privacy gates of Quail West, a number of custom estate homes, model homes and inventory homes are completed or in various phases of construction.

One of the newest estate homes currently under construction at Quail West is the Sophia III by Stock Signature Homes.

The Sophia III is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,892 square feet under air and 8,820 total square feet, including two two-car garages and an expansive outdoor living area with pool and spa.

From the double-door front entry, you step into the foyer. Straight ahead is the nearly 20- by 18-foot living room with an intricate ceiling, fireplace, wet bar with sink, and sliding glass doors that provide direct access to the outdoor living area with outdoor kitchen, pool and spa.

It is priced at $3,750,000, including furnishings.

McGarvey’s Beechwood, which also offers views of the 10th green of the Preserve Course, is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,076 square feet under air and 6,927 total square feet, including a side-entry three-car garage and an expansive outdoor living area with pool and spa, summer kitchen and dining, lounging and expanded conversation areas. It is priced at $3,250,000, including furnishings.

Stock Signature Homes’ Normandy II model, which overlooks a lake, is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,124 square feet under air and 6,034 total square feet, including a three-car garage and several covered lanais, a gourmet outdoor kitchen, and a free-form pool and spa with several fire features which light up the pool throughout the evening.
