Renovations to The Lake Club’s multi-million-dollar Grande Clubhouse are nearly complete. Estimated to be finished in October, this state-of-the-art clubhouse will be an exclusive gathering place for residents to host events and indulge in entertainment, dining, and sporting activities among the many other enrichment activities signature to The Lake Club lifestyle.

Among many world-class resources for residents, The Lake Club affords homeowners access to the village’s private 20,000-square-foot Grande Clubhouse. In addition to dining area expansions and outdoor upgrades, updates to the clubhouse will include a full-time concierge desk, grandiose banquet hall, lounge, pristine yoga and steam room, multipurpose massage and treatment room, billiard and card room, and expanded state-of-the-art fitness center.

“We are excited for the renovations of the Grande Clubhouse to be complete. These enhancements, to be made by Lake Club Investors and Stock Development, are consistent with the superior amenities of this village and will continue to set The Lake Club apart from other local offerings,” commented Brian Stock, CEO of Stock Development.

The exquisite interior finishes, envisioned by innovative design firm Soco Interiors, will feature a coastal and contemporary design featuring natural stone and wood elements with aqua, sunflower and other earthly accents that mirror the Floridian landscape.

Some of the most notable undertakings in the renovation are centered around culinary experiences. Residents will be able to dine alfresco on the patio or gather in the dining room to partake in delectable cuisine in a breathtaking setting. A new indoor/outdoor bar area will allow residents to enjoy service inside the clubhouse, as well as on a spacious balcony seating area. Inside, the new indoor lounge and bar area will be added to further promote social interaction at the Clubhouse. In 2019, The Lake Club will debut its outdoor dining area, The Lakeside Café, which will serve light fare and refreshing cocktails by the pool area.

Residents interested in sporting activities will soon enjoy the addition of more tennis courts, plus pickle and bocce ball. Other exterior additions will include fire pits, an outdoor elevator, and additional outdoor seating where residents can take in the beauty of Lake Club living.
