Two Estate Homes Sold in Quail West in August

August is usually one of the slowest months in terms of real estate sales in Southwest Florida. However, at Quail West, August actually turned out to be a bit of a surprise, as one furnished model and one inventory home were sold and quickly taken off the golf and resort-lifestyle community’s availability list.

“Those estate homes included the Muirfield VI, which was a spec home and had an asking price of $1,371,495, and the Wyndam II, which was a furnished model and had an asking price of $2,563,465,” stated Claudine Leger-Wetzel, vice president of sales and marketing for Stock Development.

Those two sales in August helped Quail West hit the $80 million sales mark for the first eight months of the year.

Two furnished models and three inventory homes are still available for immediate purchase in Quail West.

Stock Signature Homes’ Normandy II model, which overlooks a lake, is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,124 square feet under air and 6,034 total square feet, including a three-car garage and several covered lanais, a gourmet outdoor kitchen, and a free-form pool and spa with several fire features which light up the pool throughout the evening. It is priced at $2,095,000, including furnishings.

McGarvey Custom Homes’ Southampton model, which overlooks the green of the 10th hole of the community’s Preserve Course, is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,475 square feet under air and 6,661 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage with additional space for a golf cart. It is priced at $3,750,000, including furnishings.

The three unfurnished inventory homes include the Windsor III, the Muirfield V and the Cortona II.

The Windsor III, which overlooks the 4th green of the Lakes Course, is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,155 square feet under air and 6,573 total square feet, including an impressive outdoor living area. It is priced at $2,269,925, unfurnished.

The Muirfield V, which overlooks the 8th green of the Preserve Course, is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath homes with 3,375 square feet under air and 4,943 total square feet, including a three-car garage and expansive outdoor living area. It is priced at $1,528,605, unfurnished.

The Cortona II, which overlooks the 7th green of the Lakes Course, is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,159 square feet under air and 7,822 total square feet, including two two-car garages separated by a port-cochere. It is priced at $2,705,880, unfurnished.

Three spec homes are also currently under construction throughout the community offering a variety of views.

Florida Lifestyle Homes’ Brynwood, which sits on a homesite overlooking the 5th fairway of the community’s Preserve Course,  is a four-bedroom/four-and-a-half-bath home with 3,261 square feet under air and 5,388 total square feet including a three-car garage. The price of the Brynwood has not yet been determined.

Stock Signature Home’s Ponte Vedra Grande, which overlooks the 8th fairway of the Preserve Course, is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 3,525 square feet under air and 5,116 total square feet, including a three-car garage and an expansive outdoor living area with pool and spa. It is priced at $1,547,605.

Stock Signature Home’s Regency Manor, which overlooks the 8th fairway of the Lakes Course, is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 3,699 square feet under air and 5,544 total square feet, including a three-car garage and an expansive outdoor living area with pool and spa. It is priced at $1,703,860.

Four future models are also under construction.

Stock Custom Homes’ Atherton, which overlooks the 2nd fairway of the Lakes Course, is a four-bedroom plus study/five-and-a-half-bath home with 4,561 square feet under air and 7,056 total square feet, including a four-car garage and an expansive outdoor living area with pool and spa.

Stock Custom Homes’ Glendale, which overlooks a lake and the 11th fairway of the Lakes Course, is a four-bedroom plus study/four full-bath/two half-bath home with 4,173 square feet under air and 7,252 total square feet, including two two-car garages and an expansive outdoor living area with outdoor kitchen, fireplace, pool and spa.

Stock Custom Homes’ Sophia III, which overlooks the 10th fairway of the Lakes Course, is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,892 square feet under air and 8,820 total square feet, including two two-car garages and an expansive outdoor living area with pool and spa.

Stock Custom Homes’ Casa Bordolino, which overlooks the 1st green of the community’s Preserve Course, is a two-story, four-bedroom plus library/four full-bath/two half-bath home with 6,193 square feet under air and 8,819 total square feet, including two two-car garages and an expansive outdoor living area with pool and spa.

The asking price of each future model will be determined upon the completion of the estate home.
