Stock Signature Homes announced the first of three furnished estate model residences being built in the Baywoods neighborhood within the Bonita Bay community is on schedule for completion by mid-February. Baywoods is an enclave of custom designed luxury single-family residences.

According to Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales for Paseo, sales in 2014 generated sales a volume of $46.7 million. In addition, Stock closed 182 homes during the year worth $56.2 million.

Stock Development has reached 505 sales for 2014. In November, the company signed 18 new home contracts worth $13 million and closed 38 homes worth $30.6 million. The company’s new home contracts worth this year are worth $372.7 million.
Stock has only two homes remaining for sale at Players Cove, a private neighborhood of coach homes located within Lely Resort, the Collier Building Industry Association’s 2013 Community of the Year.
