Stock Development has closed out a terrific third quarter with a strong September sales report. Through September 30th, the company has registered 449 new home sales worth $332.5 million.
According to Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales for Paseo, the ten unit building includes ten individual floorplans. The building is the first of four buildings that will comprise the fifth and final courtyard complex to be developed at Paseo. The homes are steps from Paseo’s Village Center.
Stock has completed the final two buildings of coach homes at Players Cove, a private neighborhood located within Lely Resort, the Collier Building Industry Association’s 2013 Community of the Year.

Stock Development has expanded its inventory home program at Paseo with the completion of four new twin villas in the Esperanza neighborhood. “Sales at Paseo have been even stronger than anticipated,” said Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales at Paseo. “We have accelerated our construction program. Four twin villas are complete and ready for immediate occupancy.”
Stock Development has completed construction of Alden Woods, a neighborhood of 116 spacious coach homes at Lely Resort. Only two homes remain for sale.
Stock Development has only one home remaining at Black Bear Ridge, a private, gated single-family home neighborhood in North Naples. According to Brian Stock, CEO of Stock Development, strong sales in the neighborhood have left only a single Carrington inventory home for sale.
According to Brian Stock, CEO of Stock Development, the company sold 35 more new homes worth $23.7 million and closed 56 homes worth $27.5 million. This brings the total number of sales for the year to 382 and the number of closings to 285. Stock’s total new home sales volume for the year is $280 million.
