The Emory at Seven Oaks is a new luxury apartment community located at the northwest corner of SR-56 and Bruce B Downs in Wesley Chapel, FL. The project is scheduled to begin construction in 2021 and will consist of 320 units in two 4-story buildings on 10.50 acres.
The project development team includes FORUM Architecture, FORUM Interior Design, JR Evans Engineering, and Summit Construction.
