Ficarra’s principal Lisa Ficarra and associate designer Kealy Stapleton’s coastal casual design style places a premium on relaxed comfort. Taupey beige walls provide a perfect background for turquoise, deeper blue, chartreuse and persimmon accents. Flooring throughout the home is French oak with a light taupe beige finish. The formal dining room features a wall molding design, oak dining table and buffet, with a polished nickel and glass chandelier and sconces to anchor the space. The two-story living room includes a precast stone fireplace, and doors flanking the fireplace open to an outdoor deck with trellis. Sliders on an adjoining wall open to a pool deck that features a water wall with a glass mosaic tile background and a stone precast surround that is the focal point of the outdoor living space.
