Soco Interiors’ Daniel Kilgore has created a coastal contemporary look featuring a layered neutral color palette that is light, airy, and consistent. Flooring throughout the home is reclaimed light oak, with fresh white walls. The two-story living room space is warmed by a cast stone fireplace, with a back-lit ceiling detail that offers a pleasing glow at night. The adjacent dining room is brightened by a floor-to-ceiling wall treatment with mirrored panels. The upstairs loft space is a cozy “owner’s lounge,” with a wet bar and built-in storage. The design transforms the bonus room into a library, with an imported desk, club chairs, a cocktail ottoman and black iron bookcases. The cabana retreat will be in a tone-on-tone white motif and designed to serve as a VIP guest suite. The outdoor living area includes a sheer descent LED waterfall into the spa.
