WildBlue Releases Amazing Sports Club: Waterfront Community Holds On-Site Preview March 23rd

3/7/2019

A group of the area’s most respected builders have joined forces to introduce WildBlue, the most exciting new community of 2019. Excitement is building as the community has announced its Sports Club amenity plans and will be holding its first public event on March 23rd.

WildBlue is a spectacular 3,500-acre community nestled between Naples and Fort Myers in Estero. Featuring over 800 acres of freshwater lakes, and inspired single-family residences, it is being developed by Lennar with Stock, WCI and Pulte Homes as builder partners.

Next weekend, the public will have its first peek at what WildBlue will be offering. On Saturday, March 23rd, the public is invited to attend a preview event on site. From 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. there will be entertainment, food and six furnished models to tour.

All four builders will be detailing their residential offerings and visitors will be able to review the amenity plans for WildBlue. Pulte will have furnished models debuting in WildBlue and Lennar will have furnished models open in Vista at WildBlue. Stock and WCI will have their furnished models ready later this year.

WildBlue’s extraordinary Amenity Campus has been designed by the renowned architect David Humphrey, the Founder and President of Humphrey Rosal Architects. He has almost thirty years of local architectural and construction experience, including The Players Club & Spa at Lely Resort, multiple winner of CBIA’s Clubhouse of the Year Award, Bay Colony Beach Club and The Club at Treviso Bay.

“The Amenity Campus at WildBlue is set to be another lifestyle triumph,” said Claudine Léger-Wetzel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Stock Development. “WildBlue sets residents free to take it all in—from sports and outdoor exploration, to a relaxed, resort-inspired lifestyle.”

The amenities are located on a spectacular peninsular site that offers expansive views of WildBlue’s largest lake.

A key component of the Amenities Campus is the Sports Center. This facility features more than 8,500 square foot under air with a large exercise room and state-of-the-art equipment. There are two aerobic rooms, one of which will include spinning equipment. There is a spa with a reception and waiting room that offers massage rooms and a manicure and pedicure room. The mens’ and womens’ locker rooms feature day lockers, pool baths, dry saunas and a family changing room.

Behind the building will be a lap pool and adjacent to the locker rooms is a tennis pro shop that will service six tennis courts and additional pickleball courts.

There will be endless ways for residents to spend their days, including a resort-style swimming pool, a Clubhouse with indoor dining, as well as an adjoining outdoor dining facility directly on WildBlue Lake. Residents will also enjoy a beach and cabanas, bocce courts, plus much more.

Outside the Amenity Campus, there will be kayaking, boating, paddle boarding and other water activities to satisfy even the most avid lake lover.

All WildBlue residents have lake access and fishing access. Lakefront homeowners also have the option of building a boat dock. There will be a boat launch for resident access on the Amenity Campus on the largest lake with a boat ramp.

Within minutes of WildBlue, travelers will land safely at Southwest Florida International Airport. The community is close the best of Southwest Florida, including quick and easy access to Naples and Fort Myers.
